It's been awhile!
I am thrilled to have self-published my collection of paranormal horror short stories! I've been working on these stories off and on in between my other writing projects, including the science fiction novel I'm working on.
Each story will focus on fear and the mysteries of the unknown and unexplained. I was inspired to write these stories because of my fascination with such mysteries of this world.
Some of these stories are loosely based on real life events that happened to me or personal fears.
I wrote one story, “The Mirror” based on my irrational fear of looking into a mirror in the dark. Come on! I can’t be the only one with this fear!
“The Sleep Demon” was inspired by my experience with sleep paralysis.
Other stories were inspired solely by my imagination and dreams I’ve had as well as various urban legends.
One notable thing about these stories is that they’re in that strange in between state of imagination and reality. I’m leaving it up to the reader to decide what is real.
