Id like to inquire about whether TEFL certs, & teaching, is worth it over in Philippines? Also, whats best transport option from Cebu to Dumaguete?

Tefl for the Philippines doesn't do much good. But Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam you need one to land any teaching job. Here it is next to impossible to land a job.
