Hello there!

I'm Sanchez (they/them), and I'm truly passionate about working at music festivals and events. There's something absolutely electrifying about being part of the behind-the-scenes action and contributing to the magic of these immersive experiences.

From being in the field ensuring the safety of attendees, to working with talented and upbeat vendors, and even volunteering time to help build and create overall successful experiences; I've had the privilege of diving into various roles within the festival industry. It's a world where creativity, teamwork, and adrenaline come together to create unforgettable moments for both performers and attendees.

But what truly drives me is sharing these incredible opportunities with others. Seeing the spark in someone's eyes as they discover the possibilities of festival work is an absolute joy. Whether it's connecting individuals with job openings, offering guidance on breaking into the industry, or simply sharing the latest news and resources, I'm here to support and empower fellow festival enthusiasts.

So, if you're looking to embark on a thrilling journey in the festival world or have any questions about festival work, let's connect! Together, we can explore the vast landscape of opportunities, build connections, and make a positive impact in the vibrant and exciting realm of music festivals and events.
