Turning Spare Fabric into Designer Bags — One 3D Print at the Time
Hi everyone — I’m building something small, clever, and circular:
a way to turn the leftover fabrics we all have at home into elegant, structured handbags using 3D-printed modular frames.
The project is called GRÉD Maker Bag — a printable kit that replaces leather trimmings and metal parts with recyclable, beautifully designed components you can print locally and assemble yourself.
No sewing machine, no waste — just creativity, sustainability, and good design working together.
Each set of parts (handles, corners, base, rails, and clips) locks your fabric panels into place, transforming scraps of linen, denim, or canvas into a functional, timeless bag.
It’s part fashion, part innovation — and completely open for anyone to make.
