Some concepts are applicable to any instrument, being more general, such as considerations about choosing the "right" tempo for a piece, thoughts about the role of rubato (liberty in tempo) and the importance of tuning musical rhythm to our bodies.
But an important part of my talk focusses on guitar specific practicing tips to improve timing of hand movements and technical coordination.
