Just a quick little update here from me. I am back to the morning live streams, I never wanted to stop them but eventually those World Tour riders need some time off the bike. Good thing is that we now have Cyclocross to follow, and I am loving it. Currently the UCI World Cup CX has just started round 1 in Tabor, here is a video to that:
Winter has finally arrived, as I sit here it is -13C outside and with a light breeze it feels like -22C, but it's not too bad overall. We have a couple of nights of close to -20C and then we get some relief with the warming Chinook winds. These keep us alive in the dead of winter, producing some of the fastest temperature changes in the world. Along the foothills of the Rockies we can see incredible temperature changes up or down in a day or sometimes even in hours. Check out some info about Chinooks:

Ziggy the dog is an absolute madman, I will get a pic if he ever sits still. So much energy and he loves tearing things apart. I now have him trained to go outside and patrol the property by himself. This usually involves him barking at the horses incessantly, chasing the cats all over the property, throw in something to tear apart or drag around and he has had a great time. He is actually great for Old Hazel as she goes out and runs around with him, the old girl still has her sprint able to distance Ziggy in the open ground.
Lots of biking going on, these days you will find me mostly on BikeTerra, Rouvy and some Training Peaks Virtual, I hear Zwift calling me for the coldest of the winter months here.
World Tour Road racing returns mid-January with the Tour Down Under, I am counting the days already....can I just skip Christmas?
