*Yoga is the original somatic practice* with roots in the Indus Valley Civilization. Yoga invites us to explore our inner world as an infinite resource and a foundation for our relationships with others. Buy me a chai or choose a membership to help me offer equitable pricing strategies, including no cost yoga, sliding scale workshops, and scholarships.

My work is centered in authenticity and aims to help folks find their voice and agency, as a pathway into liberated community. I value lifelong learning, believe studentship is the foundation of teaching, and strive to embody accessibility. My training as a mental health counselor and somatic experiencing practitioner provide a trauma-attuned framework for my offerings.
