Whether in a landscape, a portrait, or the smallest detail of everyday life, there is a beauty that exists quietly around us. Art, for me, is a way of noticing and holding onto these pieces of beauty; a way to appreciate and express them. When I paint or practice calligraphy, I slow down and see the world a little differently, with more softness and wonder.
This is the perspective that I hope to share through my work. I’d love for the pieces of beauty that I capture in my artworks to be a reminder that this world can be beautiful if we choose to see it that way.
