Hi I’m Heshan, founder of The Model Man and The Peaceful High Performer gatherings - a growing community helping ambitious, high-character men become better leaders without sacrificing their peace, relationships or who they are in the process.

Through leadership development facilitation and consulting, I’m creating spaces where men can slow down, have honest conversations, grow alongside other heart-led men, and become the kind of leaders our families, workplaces and communities need.

My bigger vision is to help shift workplace culture from a stress-centred to rest-centred performance model, through transforming 10,000+ leaders shaping our organisations and world.
