After 18 years in the Navy, I found myself battling depression and feeling like I’d lost all sense of purpose. It was my wife and two amazing kids who stood by me during the toughest chapters of my life. Creating content—sharing raw stories, real talk, sea life, and everything in between—became more than just a hobby. It gave me a reason to keep going.

Now, I’m chasing the light at the end of the tunnel and building a life after service. This platform lets me connect with others, speak truth, share laughs, and maybe even help someone feel a little less alone.
