This is why you must develop some inner fortitude and learn to self regulate without needing support to make every move.
It's a cruel, cold world out here. And the only way we'll survive it is by having our wits about us.
What does that look like?
It looks like gathering information that may reveal unpleasant things about someone you love.
It may look like finally admitting that you have to let a toxic person go.
It might mean that you have move like you are alone while the midst of a relationship you cannot end.
