I woke up in 2026 and realized I have been on Instagram for 10 years and immediately deleted my account. I am avoiding toxicity in everything; food, people, books, movies etc. If it’s not a clear YES, then it’s a clear NO! Self love is a great routine. Go for a walk - it’s awesome.
