iDeal She Flowers

iDeal She Flowers is a simple tracking application that allows women to record and review information about their menstrual cycles, predicted fertile days, symptom statistics, and correlations with the lunar phases.


Annual data can be exported as a standard Excel chart for easy and personal record
keeping, printing or use in medical consultations.


The application is designed for privacy-conscious users who want full control over their data, without relying on online services or other mobile tools.


iDeal She Flowers is written in Python and has been successfully installed and tested on the following distributions.

- Ubuntu / Kubuntu / Xubuntu 24.04.3 LTS
- KDE neon 20250925-0744
- Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon
- MX Linux 23.6 XFCE and KDE Editions
- iDeal OS 4.2

Hello, my name is Luca.

I have been around computers since the days of the Commodore 128: hobbies, work and passion have given me a lot of experience in configuring operating systems and applications for a wide range of purposes.

iDeal OS is the fruit of these experiences. Try it, it's free!

It is a computer operating system, a customized "respin" of the powerful MX Linux and Debian distributions. It has many privacy and security enhancements enabled by default, without sacrificing usability. It is a convenient collection of free and open source software, selected and tested for optimal consistency, compatibility and functionality.
