· If necessary dial 999 for an ambulance (112 in Europe) when it is safe to do so

FACE – It may droop to one side or they may not be able to smile
ARMS – May not be able lift both arms and keep them there
SPEECH – Slurred or garbled speech
TIME – Call 999/112 as soon as possible
