About Ian Banyard
Growing Online & Offline Nature Conscious Communities
Welcome, Nature Friend 🌿
I'm so glad you've found your way here.
My name is Ian Banyard, founder of Nature Connection World, author of Natural Mindfulness, and a lifelong guide to helping people reconnect with the natural world and in doing so, reconnect with their own true nature.
For more than a decade, I've been creating opportunities for people to slow down, step outside, breathe deeply, and rediscover the wisdom, wellbeing and sense of belonging that nature can offer. Through guided walks, training courses, online communities, writing, events and conversations, my aim is simple:
To help create a more nature-conscious world.
This page serves two purposes.
Firstly, it provides a simple way for people to support the ongoing running and development of the Nature Connection World community. Contributions help cover platform costs, course development, community spaces, events, resources, and the continued sharing of natural mindfulness practices and nature connection experiences.
Secondly, it provides an easy payment option for those joining my courses and training programmes.
For example, participants joining the current Natural Mindfulness Guide Training Pilot Course are invited to contribute the recommended course value of £80.
Existing guides and returning members who are attending as my guests are warmly welcome to contribute whatever feels right for them, if they wish to do so. There is absolutely no obligation. Any contribution, large or small, helps support the wider community and allows this work to continue growing naturally.
My hope is to make nature connection accessible, inclusive and rooted in trust rather than transactions wherever possible.
If something I've shared has helped you feel more connected, inspired, supported or hopeful, and you would like to contribute towards this work, I'd be deeply grateful.
Thank you for being part of this growing community.
When we connect, we care.
And what we care about, we protect, nurture and value.
Stay connected, well, and naturally you,
Ian 🙏🤠🌿💚
