My name is Sabrina, born and raised in Toronto, Canada. I am a self-taught artist who began this journey about 2 years ago. I naturally developed skills for visual arts as a child but lost touch when I was in high school and university. I studied environmental and conservation sciences and when I finished my degree, I moved out to Thailand to teach ESL English. I did this for a few years and later transitioned out of full-time work to make more space for personal development. I later joined yoga and esoteric school, which teaches a lot of spiritual concepts aligned with Tantric traditions. The teachings invited me to deep dive into my heart allowing me to experience all parts of myself, some of which felt 'good' and 'bad'. I was eventually led to a part of myself that harboured anxiety and started experiencing very intense anxiety attacks, which reignited my love of drawing. Art is what saves me from my mind and connects me more with my heart. I often create imagery that is thought-provoking and aligns with various spiritual teachings. I also now do Yoni Portraits for women's empowerment.
