I love the feeling of opening a new sketchbook.
The pages are completely empty, and for a moment, anything feels possible. It doesn’t have to become a perfect drawing. Sometimes it’s just a tiny doodle, a messy sketch, something I saw on a walk, or an idea I don’t want to forget.
I think sketchbooks are less about creating something beautiful and more about paying attention.
A way of saying, I noticed this.
And sometimes, that’s enough.
