About The FAM

Building bonds for bold business owners

The FAM is a sanctuary for first-generation CEOs who refuse to journey alone. Born from the belief that no founder should face the weight of leadership without support, The FAM offers authentic love, quality guidance, and a tight-knit community ready to celebrate your wins and catch you during your stumbles.

We’re about more than just business—we’re about you. Together, we learn, fail, and grow through peer-to-peer technical assistance, vetted mentors, and community-driven wraparound services. Technology connects us all with tools like The Hows (our virtual homebase), the Big Sister Hotline, and The Chat—but don’t worry, we keep it real with in-person gatherings too.

With The FAM, your journey is confidential, your well-being is priority, and your brilliance is always celebrated.

Our History

The Wright Sisters laid the foundation for The FAM back in 2017, when we bonded over business at Houston tea shops. Through the pandemic, The Hows became our virtual space to stay connected—and that’s when we realized our mission was so much bigger.

Today, The FAM isn’t just for women entrepreneurs. We’ve expanded to include everyone:

• WEM Sisters (Women Entrepreneurs Mingle)
• DEM Brothers (Dude Entrepreneurs Mingle)
• Aunties, Uncs, and all the amazing humans building purpose-filled ventures.

Because 76% of entrepreneurs report loneliness, The FAM bridges that gap. Now, no matter who you are, there’s a seat for you at the table.

Together, we’re building sustainable businesses, forging lifelong connections, and cheering each other on—because we’re stronger together.
