Hey there, I’m Suzy (but you can call me the healing hot mess in spandex).
I’m a 44-year-old Latina mom of four who’s learning, unlearning, and rebuilding life after people-pleasing, burnout, and survival mode.
I’m currently working toward becoming a certified somatic coach—because women like me deserve tools to come home to their bodies, feel safe again, and heal out loud.
This training is $1,400, and I’m doing what I’ve always done: figuring it out one messy, magical step at a time.
