About Franziska Rosenzweig
the creator of Holistic Ballet®
Hi, I am Franziska, creator of Holistic Ballet.
If you learned something useful at my YouTube channel, feel free to buy me a coffee. I still love you if you don't.
My aim is to help adult ballet students to learn, improve, and master ballet technique.
I analyse and de-mystify ballet steps for you so you understand exactly what you need to do, according to your body's ability.
Lose your anxiety and increase your joy!
If we are lucky, Herbert my cat will participate in the classes and tutorials.
