I am a web developer and the HIIT Generator App is a tool I built for easily generating High Intensity Interval Training workouts.

Hi,

Sometime last year I started experimenting with using exercises written on index cards for coming up with workouts I could do at home when I was too busy to go to the gym.  Soon I realized this could be a web app so I built hiitgenerator.app as a tool for people to easily create random HIIT workouts.

With a few button clicks and option selections, you can build workouts that are challenging, varied, and that you can do in your living room.

I have plans for developing the app further: profiles for saving or tracking workouts, a newsletter for tips on nutrition and training, or maybe social features to help encourage other people.

Thanks for your support! It helps cover hosting costs and future development of the app.
