Hi, I’m Nathaniel (he/they) — a Black queer real estate broker, housing advocate, and artist living in Colorado.

I’m currently challenging a civil rights violation by a state agency after facing retaliation for helping a client access housing. My work on this case has exposed deeper systemic failures — and it’s taken a massive toll on me emotionally, professionally, and financially.

I’ve been fighting this mostly alone, pro se, while building a paper trail that now includes legal filings, a press kit, and a pending HUD complaint. I’m doing this not just for myself — but for every housing advocate, every working-class buyer, every marginalized person shut out of justice by bureaucracy.
