The main photograph above is a view of Erlach, the lakeside town near the village of Tschugg in Switzerland where Hegel spent the years 1793-96 as a tutor. His first publication, analysed on our blog, was about the constitution of the nearby Vaud country (Pays de Vaud/Waadtland). The church bell of Erlach features at the beginning of the intro video to our video channels.
