Hi there! We’re the HerMove Team.

We’re a group of local volunteers in East Grinstead and Forest Row who are passionate about one thing: inspiring and enabling women and girls in our community to get active, feel great, and connect.

Whether it’s our Fun Runs at the Sports Club or our upcoming 'Let’s Dance' celebration at Meridian Hall, everything we do is about 'Time Together.'

As a community-run campaign, we rely on the kindness of our neighbours to keep these events accessible for everyone. If you’ve enjoyed a HerMove event or just love what we’re doing for local lasses, you can now 'buy the team a coffee.'

Every penny goes straight back into the project: helping us cover hall hire, insurance, and equipment for our next big community meet-up.
