Sacred Plate”
I bless this bowl with sunlight,
leaf and root, seed and steam—
a gift from the earth,
nourishment kissed by dreams.
No chemicals, no compromise,
just the pulse of nature’s hand,
mango moons and beet-red truths,
avocados soft as sand.
I eat to honor my temple,
not to punish or to shrink,
each bite a love letter
written in kale and hibiscus ink.
My skin sings with citrus,
my gut flows like spring rain,
my mind is clear, uncluttered—
no sugar fog, no pain.
I chew with gratitude,
thankful for the vine and tree,
for the farmers, for the soil,
for the ancient recipe.
This isn’t a diet,
this is devotion.
A ritual of rhythm,
a soul’s true potion.
I don’t crave the artificial,
the processed or the fried—
my cravings now are sacred,
for the life that lives inside.
So I sip the green,
I savor the gold,
I eat clean not to control
but to remember I am whole.
