After months of waiting, medical tests, setbacks, and uncertainty, I finally have some good news to share with you.
My kidney transplant surgery number has finally been assigned, and it's 19! ❤️🙏
I cannot fully express what this means to me. After years of living on dialysis, every step toward transplantation carries enormous emotional weight. There have been moments when the road ahead seemed impossibly difficult, especially recently, with my Hepatitis C diagnosis, treatment expenses, and the additional tests required for my transplant evaluation.
This month has been particularly challenging, both emotionally and financially. But I'm still moving forward, and this news has given me another reason to hold on to hope.
Now, I need your help to keep that hope alive.
Thanks to your kindness and generosity, we've now raised $6,981 toward our $20,000 fundraising goal! Every contribution has helped bring me closer to transplantation, and I'm deeply grateful to everyone who has stood beside me.
As October draws to a close, I hope we can make another meaningful step forward together. The costs of treatment, medical testing, and preparing for transplantation are putting tremendous pressure on my finances. Building a financial cushion would help me approach the transplant and recovery period with greater security, allowing me to focus on healing rather than constantly worrying about expenses.
