September Is Almost Over — I'm Still Moving Forward ❤️

My Blood Work:

It's September 28.

We have raised $6,214 of the $20,000 goal, and there are only a few days left in the month. I know there is still a long way to go, but I want to share honestly where things stand.

My latest update

My most recent blood work is a reminder of what six years on dialysis has meant. Some of the numbers are hard to read. My potassium and phosphorus are elevated, my kidney numbers remain very high, and a few liver enzymes are elevated too. My doctors still have things to evaluate before the transplant.

There are also open questions around my donor's evaluation, including a gallbladder problem that has added one more hurdle to the process.

But I am still moving forward.

Why this goal matters

The $20,000 goal is there so that when the transplant comes, I can focus on healing instead of worrying about every medicine, blood test, hospital visit, and month when I may not be able to work.

We have already come a long way together:

$6,214 raised. $13,786 to go.

If you've been thinking about helping

Please take a moment today to visit my page and support my journey. Even a small contribution moves us closer. And if you're not able to give right now, sharing my page with someone who might be is a real gift.

I would love for these last few days of September to make a real difference.

Still here

I don't know exactly what the next few months will bring.

But I know I am still here.

And I am still moving forward.

Thank you for staying with me. ❤️

P.S. To every person who has supported me so far, I want you to know that I don’t take any of it for granted.

Every donation, every message, every share, and every time you came back to check on me has meant something. You have helped me through a very difficult chapter of my life, and knowing that people care enough to stand beside me has given me strength.

Thank you for believing in me, and for helping me keep going. ❤️
