D., the Catholics of Rome, Italy, recognizing that Pope John Paul II forbade more than 120 Cardinals from voting in a Conclave, and that Pope Paul IV forbade the Catholic world from accepting a heretic as validly elected, after 7 months of remonstrating with the Cardinals and Clergy of Rome for the sacrilegious violation of the Papal Law, Universi Dominici Gregis, nn. 4, 33, 68 and 76, elected the true Roman Pontiff, Hildebrand.
