Hello Reflection (Hello Re) is your 911 call for real talk - providing personal coaching services to individuals and families, creating a safe space for sharing your most innermost thoughts and feelings to help you identify the next steps in your journey. Remember sitting on the porch in the summer, chatting with your best girlfriends from the neighborhood? Reflect, Relate, Release (Re3) created space for those barrette-wearing little girls who have grown into beautiful women. Re3 is the modern-day porch, an invitation-only space, where Black women gather for curated, virtual, and in-person events to share joy, guidance, support, and resources. Remember patronizing neighborhood businesses owned by people you knew by name? Remember using the Yellow Pages to expand your search? ReInvest Black Dollars (RIB'd ) takes those ideas and transforms them by creating a hub, both virtual and in-person, to connect Black women-owned businesses within our sisterhood. Remember when 'Love Is...' was a simple cartoon in the newspaper? Thiq & Thin (Tq & Tn)  focuses on a critical, yet often underserved, aspect of wellness, what love is, for couples. By providing curated events, we help strengthen relationships and ensure that our members have the tools and support to foster joy and resilience in their intimate partnerships.
