Hi, I'm Hélène

I'm a leadership coach. I help people find clarity, rebuild confidence, and figure out what they actually want to do with their one life.

Locally, I volunteer with BeaYOUtiful Foundation as a Soul Sister.

Internationally, I lead volunteer teams for one or two weeks in different parts of the world to fight poverty and child labor. I take a group of volunteers and we usually work on building safe learning environments for kids. Very often involves lots of digging, hauling bricks, mixing cement, building walls, plastering, and painting! The community sets the terms.

Between all of it: I dance, and I travel every chance I get. Not as a reward for the work. As the thing that makes me any good at it.

The more we take care of ourselves, the more we have to give. The more we give each other, the better this whole thing gets!
