Ain't Dead Monthly is a publication by Hector Salas Gallegos and based in Colorado. My goal is to give local voices editorial legitimacy by taking their ideas to print. 

These articles appear in Spanish for El Sol del Valle in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado. I take the English translations and post them on Aintdead.substack.com.

With proceeds from my Spanish columns, I get to continue offering an open invitation to beginner and novice writers to write for my publication for $75. Your donation would help support my work and the work of anyone dizzy enough to pick up a pen for the first time.

The editorial world is exclusive. I believe that good writing should be judged by the conviction of the idea rather than the inaccessible rules of journalism.
