Hello, beautiful soul! I'm Barbara Hudak, RN, U.S. Air Force veteran, and HeartMath® Certified Master Trainer and Coach. Based in the sacred vortexes of Sedona, AZ, Heartful Integrations was created in 2014 with a mission to guide you back to your heart — where your true wisdom, resilience, and inner peace reside. Through the transformative techniques of HeartMath® and heart-centered coaching, Reiki, and a variety of energy healing modalities, I empower individuals and organizations to cultivate deep emotional clarity, strengthen their intuition, and lead with authenticity, love, and compassion.

I accept applications for pro bono sessions and botanical therapy research case studies through STAR CODE Alchemy to ensure that everyone, no matter their circumstances, can access the healing and support they need.
