Trusting The Process

Sep 18, 2025

Lately a simple truth has been returning to me again and again: trust the process.

It’s echoed by sages, ancestors, and the soft voice of my own heart. It keeps finding its way to the surface in moments throughout my days.

This morning, I came across the words of the great Bob Marley:

“My heart is at ease knowing that what is meant for me will never miss me, and that which misses me was never meant for me.”

Yes. That is the essence of trust.

Know this: what is intended for you will find you in its own time. You are not late. You are not missing out. You are unfolding exactly as you are meant to.

And here’s the tender reminder I’ve been leaning into, mostly from reflectingon my experience: when something or someone is not for us... when the door does not open, when the job is not offered, when the path gently redirects us... this too is the process at work. These moments were not failures, but part of the greater unfolding, guiding us toward what is truly intended. For me. For you. For our highest and best outcome.

If it helps today, sit for a moment and breathe this in:

“What is meant for me will not pass me by.”

Let it rest in your bones. Let it steady your steps.

If you feel called, share in the comments or message me: What words, signs, or phrases have been repeating for you lately? I’d love to hold them with you, as they may be just the message someone else is waiting for, too.

With gratitude and steady presence,

Paula
