Summer Solstice Burning Ritual

On this longest day of the year, I performed a gentle ritual to honour everything that I’m ready to release.

Last night, under the luminous Summer Solstice sky, I wrote down all that is no longer meant for me, everything that I am letting go of. All the patterns, pain, thoughts, and pieces of the past that no longer serve my path. I burned them in ceremony, letting the fire transform what I no longer need.

The ashes now rest in a ceramic bowl for 24 hours, and tonight, at sunset, I’ll bury them in the soil beneath the trio of cedar trees that have protected my home and family for years. This act marks a threshold, a sacred closure and a gentle invitation to walk forward in light, towards new beginnings.

If you're feeling called, you might write your own list or simply whisper to the wind what you're ready to let go of.

This season, may we bloom with clarity, purpose, and peace.

From my heart to yours,

Paula
