After a long journey back home through mist, rain, and spring snow, I'm sitting with the memories of a trip that gifted us more than just miles traveled.
Nature opened her arms: deer in the woods, a bald eagle perched on a fallen log, looking back at us as we passed by, flocks of sheep braving the winds, and white cows grazing under grey skies. We spotted herons in the lakes and rivers. And one magical evening, a black and grey fox visited our doorstep β pausing for a moment, as if to secretly say, "You are seen."
Strangely (or maybe perfectly), we were never able to capture these moments on camera. No phones, no lenses between us and these gifts. It felt like the universe whispered: "This is just for you."
Moments like these remind me: connection β to the earth, to life, to memory β lives in the heart, not the snapshot.
Have you ever had a moment in nature that felt like a gift meant just for you?
Thank you for being here on this journey with me.
With loving Heartfelt Memories πβ¨οΈπ
