The Evolution of My Work: A New Chapter in Human Design & Business

For those of you who have been following my journey in Human Design, I want to share a major shift in how I will be applying this knowledge moving forward. If you’ve received value from my insights over the years, this is an important update.

Why the Shift?

I’ve always been someone who excels at deep focus—doing one thing at a time with full commitment. And now, my focus is shifting. Rather than offering Human Design readings and public education as I have in the past, I will be applying this knowledge in a more structured and strategic way—inside the business world, specifically within the financial services industry.

Human Design has profound implications when it comes to decision-making, leadership, and business structuring. While many have used it for personal alignment, few have tapped into its potential to build high-functioning organizations. This is where my focus is now—creating an agency that integrates these mechanics to develop leaders, optimize team structures, and generate sustainable success.

Contracts, Awareness & Financial Sovereignty

Before making this pivot, I became deeply interested in the concept and act of correcting contracts—recognizing that this current cycle, the Cross of Planning, has been structured around contracts as the foundation of societal agreements. The phrase the pen is mightier than the sword is not just about words but about the terms we agree to in contracts, which define our ability to operate in the world.

The awareness of self directly impacts the terms we set for contracts—whether in business, finances, or life. Many people, due to lack of self-awareness, either offer or accept terms that are not correct for them, unknowingly placing themselves in compromising positions. This ties directly into the financial world, where contracts control debt, ownership, obligations, and wealth distribution.

Moving forward, controlling our contracts is the key to autonomy—ensuring we are making decisions from our inner authority rather than being subjected to the authority of others. This is where financial literacy and strategic structuring come into play. I was already moving toward establishing trusts, private ministry associations, and unincorporated associations—all aligning with the own nothing, control everything principle that supports true sovereignty.

The Intersection of Human Design & Financial Services

The OC16, GFI(Global Financial Impact) is positioning itself as the Amazon of financial services distribution, giving us an unprecedented opportunity to participate and be highly educated in an industry that controls the very thing we trade our energy for—money. Financial literacy is about mastering the correct use of our sweat equity, our life force energy, ensuring that we are not beholden to systems that do not serve us. This is not just about making money; it’s about reclaiming control over our own resources, planning correctly, and stepping into a level of self-sovereignty that aligns with our design.

Right now, over 67% of Americans have no financial plan, no real retirement strategy, and are at the mercy of systems that don’t care about their individual nature. This misalignment leads to dependence, stress, and a constant cycle of survival. But what if we could use Human Design not just for self-discovery, but as a strategic advantage in the financial space? What if we could build wealth in a way that was actually correct for us, rather than conforming to generic financial strategies that do not account for our uniqueness?

A Strategic Opportunity for Human Design Analysts

This shift isn’t just personal—it’s a call to action for those in the Human Design space who see the power of applying this knowledge where it truly matters. The financial industry is ripe for disruption, and those of us with awareness have the ability to infuse intelligence into a space that has been purely transactional.

We are stepping into a new global cycle, and those who prepare in alignment with its themes will thrive. The Phoenix cycle ahead is about renewal, strategy, and stepping into self-sufficiency. The organizations that anticipate and move with the shift will thrive, while those who resist or stay locked in outdated structures will struggle.

This is why we are integrating Human Design not as a concept, but as a functional tool—to train, develop, and structure our teams correctly. We will be using it internally to build leadership, decision-making processes, and sustainable financial structures, without needing to overtly brand it as Human Design. Over time, as results speak for themselves, we may see a larger industry adoption, but that is not the focus. Right now, the priority is to create real impact and real financial empowerment for those ready to move with the times.

Individual Awareness & Group Survival

While we are moving into an individual age, where self-sovereignty and autonomy are at the forefront, Pentas(3 to 5 people) and WAs(16 or more) (transauric forms) are still essential for survival on the material plane. These structures are not about controlling the individual but rather ensuring that future generations thrive. The key is coming together in groups with awareness—preserving individuality while maximizing collective functionality.

This is what I intend to implement within my agency—using Human Design not just to train individuals but to orchestrate effective teams where each person is in the right role, aligned with their strengths, and operating from their inner authority rather than external pressure.

Who This is For

I am looking for a small, high-caliber group of individuals—four to begin with—who are deeply aligned with this vision and ready to be part of something groundbreaking.

• If you have a strong foundation in Human Design and see the value of integrating it into business and finance…

• If you’re ready to step beyond personal development and into creating real, sustainable wealth and leadership impact…

• If you understand that the global cycles are shifting and that the key to thriving is adapting intelligently rather than resisting change…

…then I invite you to explore what we’re building. This is not for everyone, and I am not looking for mass recruitment. I am building with strategy, not desperation.

What’s Next?

If this resonates with you, I encourage you to take the next step. I’ve put together an interactive presentation that lays out the vision and the opportunity in more detail. Click https://umustsee.net/SWX3HU to access it.

If, after reviewing it, you feel aligned with what we’re building, we’ll have a conversation to see if this is the right fit for you.

I appreciate all the support, insights, and collaborations that have brought me to this point. This next chapter is about elevating Human Design from theory to real-world application—where it can truly change lives in tangible ways.

If you’re ready, let’s build something unprecedented together.
