SeggWat is live: one script tag to find out what your users actually think

Jul 16, 2026

imageHey everyone,

I've been building SeggWat, and it's finally ready to show you: a feedback tool for solo founders and small product teams who want to know what users think — without setting up a whole "voice of the customer" department.

It works like this: you paste one script tag on your site and get a feedback button with screenshot annotation, thumbs up/down ratings for your docs, and surveys. Everything lands in one dashboard built for triaging, not drowning. There's also a public board with a changelog, so your users can see that the thing they asked for actually shipped — and an MCP server, so Claude can read, file, and triage feedback for you.

Three things I cared about while building it:

Setup in about 60 seconds. One script tag. No SDK, no build step, no config file.

Your brand, not mine. Boards and widgets are white-label, down to serving the public board from your own domain.

Built with Rust, engineered in Germany, hosted in Europe. Data protection isn't a checkbox I added later.

If you run a product — even a tiny side project — give it a try at https://seggwat.com. There's a free trial.

To everyone who's bought me a coffee: thank you.
