- FEES

1€ is a symbolic charge, I charge 0.05€ per word counted on the content in the language of origin.

Make sure to leave a contact information in the request form (preferably an email address), I'll get to you as soon as possible to discuss the actual cost of the translation (and any other detail or specification).

Upon reaching an agreement about the price and timings, you'll have to pay 30% of the agreed price.

Once I complete the translation work, I'll notify you by sending in the first few pages (or a portion) of the translated content as a proof, and ask you to pay the remaining 70%.

Only upon receiving confirmation of the payment, I'll send you the whole translated content.

(The total price will take account of the 1€ commission fee).

- REFUNDS

If you're unsatisfied with the price, or decide to cancel the commission after we discuss the pricing and details, I will promptly refund your 1€ payment.

Once I receive your first payment equal to the 30% of the total price, I will NOT accept refunds for any reason other than exceeding the deadline we agreed on. If that happens, meaning if I'm late with the work, I'll accept partial or total refunds.

I will not ask you to pay the remaining 70% of the price in case you are unsatisfied of the portion of translation I sent you as a proof (and you will NOT receive the remaining translated content).

Once the full price for the commission is payed and the content is sent, I will NOT accept any kind of refund.

Refunds are available only via BuyMeACoffee (if issued before the payment is processed) or PayPal. I do NOT guarantee any refund if requested via any other platform.

- COPYRIGHT

By submitting a commission and sending content either via BuyMeACoffe forms, email or any other means of contact, you're taking all the responsibility for any possible issue concerning the rights to possess and distribute said content. I do not respond of any copyright infringement or illicit distribution of the content, neither in the form it's sent to me nor translated.
