I have photos for sale on my Flickr™ account, if you have interest on buying any of them, send your request and I will create a shop listing for you. After the purchase, you will receive a link to download a JPG file of a small size image (640 pixels longest side) which you will be allowed to use on the following conditions:
Permitted:
- Publish the photo in any media, digital or physical, without commercial purposes, as long as it is attributed to me. You can use any attribution style you want, since it has my full name clearly visible. If possible, link the attribution to the photo's page on Flickr.
Not permitted:
- Any commercial use of the photo, directly or indirectly.
- Publish the photo in any media, digital or physical, with no attribution.
- Resell the photo in any media, digital or physical.
- Make available for others to download on file sharing sites.
- Publish the photo attributing it to others.
Although you will can use the photo, with attribution, for an undefined period of time, I keep all the rights of authorship, being reserved to me the right to sell it to others, including for different uses than what it is stated here.
