Expert job search guidance from a veteran headhunter's perspective
I'm Han Lee — executive search director, career coach, and LinkedIn Top Voice with 21 years placing professionals across APAC and Europe.
What makes me different from most career coaches? I've lived the process from every seat at the table. I've changed careers myself — from engineering into recruitment. I've built and hired for my own firm. And I've placed hundreds of professionals with some of the region's most demanding clients, maintaining a 100% first-year retention rate from 2023 till now.
That means when I work with you, I'm not drawing from theory. I know exactly what hiring managers look for, why strong candidates get screened out, and what actually moves the needle — because I've been on all three sides of the equation.
Whether you're stuck in a job search that's going nowhere, preparing for a high-stakes interview, navigating a career change, or trying to negotiate an offer, I offer practical, no-fluff guidance that's grounded in how hiring actually works today.
When I'm not doing this, you'll find me on a trail somewhere. I recently completed the 11-day Tour du Mont Blanc — a reminder that the same principles apply to careers and mountain routes alike: preparation, patience, and knowing when to push.
