I'm a writer/podcaster residing in Kansas City in the middle of my life. I'm also an open-nest parent who is relishing and hating my new time freedom.

I share content about living awake, well, and empowered, which I call living AWEd. It's been my filter for a few years now and I consider it the bare minimum of how I want to feel in my life. If it doesn't help me feel awake, well, and empowered, it's a hard pass.

I created a podcast in 2022 to showcase women I've met along the way who are also living AWEd. The podcast's purpose is to inspire women of all ages to live AWEd AF and to feel a part of a community.
