Providing design resources and expertise for designer and leaders

I’m Hakim Nizam, a UX leader and mentor with a knack for transforming ideas into user-centered, impactful designs. My career started in sales, pitching to major enterprise clients like PwC and Dominos, which gave me a strong business perspective and taught me the importance of aligning design with strategic goals.


From there, I moved into design leadership, where I led cross-functional teams at ServiceRocket and worked closely with startups through platforms like FutureLab and ADPList. I’m passionate about mentoring, empowering designers at all levels, and fostering collaborative environments that bring out the best in everyone. I approach product discovery with a structured, user-focused process, ensuring that every design decision resonates with users and contributes to business success.


When I’m not working, I’m connecting with other design leaders across Malaysia and Singapore or diving into the latest UX trends and prototyping tools. I’m driven by curiosity, the thrill of problem-solving, and the satisfaction of creating experiences that make a difference.
