24 and figuring life out, one day at a time

On Nov 11(11/11, coincidence much?) in 2021 I dropped the first episode of my podcast, Within 5 Minutes(now called Ctrl Alt Grow), because I needed to help myself untangle the knots in my thoughts.

It was a tough time and I found myself scribbling down articles to create content on self-help because I needed it, more than ever. I wanted a library to remind myself of all the little things that I was scared about, words I wanted to tell myself and feelings I wanted to understand.

Soon I started publishing my articles on Medium and posted episodes more consistently. Little did I know I would go on to become a content creator who loves to write and talk about self-help and personal development.

As a couple of years passed, I realized I wanted to start a blogging website with a brand that I could stand for - something that could summarize everything that I had in my mind. So I started CtrlAltGrow and pushed my podcast, Within 5 Minutes, under this brand.

The podcast, Within 5 Minutes, is heard across 60+ countries and streamed on all the major streaming platforms like Apple Music, Spotify, Google Podcasts, and Prime Music.

If you join me in my journey, I hope you find something that resonates with you. Every article in my blog will be based on something I see, something I feel, something my friends are going through, or something that I believe the younger generation needs to be conscious of. Maybe through my words, you'll find something you've always wanted to tell yourself but never got to say.

If you want to show some love and support, you can buy me a coffee. I'd take a real coffee too :')

More love to you all.
