I am tired of watching convenience and rapid-fire information quietly replace community. We don't need to leave our houses for anything anymore, and I think that's actually a problem and I want to do my part to change it. When we do want to leave the house, it can be really difficult finding the hometown, community-run gems that make our area special.
So I created BEAM Community, an independent events platform covering Black Diamond, Enumclaw, Maple Valley, and Covington to help build up community in our little corner of the world and make community ran events accessible and easy to find. BEAM Community is free, with no sponsors and no algorithm.
