But now that I think about it....I'm gonna answer it anyways 😆 Depends on where you buy it from ofc, but at Al Agha (that amazing Syrian restaurant with the cheesy kunafa), it's around 50 pounds. I also just recently made (for the 1st time!) baba ghanoush myself. I had to roast it over my stovetop to grill it. It worked out okay, but took more time. I miss having a grill, but there's just no room for it on my little balcony.
