Hello! my name is Nathan, and I'm 22 years old. I live in Torrance and I love to cook; I've been cooking for over a decade now. I've worked in over 5 culinary kitchens and received a trophy for winning 2nd place in the Medina Lake Cajun Festival Gumbo Competition in 2021.
One of my earliest memories of cooking for a large group of people, the year must have been 2014; I had made multiple quiches for a party happening in the condo my grandma lived in. I especially recall the feeling of accomplishment and fulfillment I had when so many people ate and laughed together, all later praising my food.
Cooking and seeing my food bring joy to those around me brings me unparalleled satisfaction.
