Hello beautiful human,

I’m inviting you to support Grief and Light, not just as a contribution, but as an act of care for your own heart.

Because when you give to this work, you’re tending to the version of you who once sat in the dark, holding a pain that felt too heavy to carry.

The you who didn’t have enough support.

The you who needed a gentle place to land, to breathe, to not have to explain why they weren’t “over it.”

When you support Grief and Light, you help keep that kind of space alive. A space built for honesty, softness, and the raw truth of what grief actually feels like.

A space where we don’t rush pain, "fix" it, or turn away from it.

A space where grieving people can feel seen in ways the world often forgets to offer.

If this podcast, community, publications, and grief-informed resources made you feel seen, or offered language for your experience, please consider contributing to help sustain and grow this work.

Together, we can continue:

+ creating the Grief and Light podcast

+ holding and tending our community space

+ offering free grief resources and education

+ amplifying the lived experiences of grievers

+ shifting the cultural narrative around grief and loss

+ fostering a more grief-informed, hopeful world

Your contribution sustains this mission, and strengthens a circle of care and ripple effect that reaches far beyond any one of us.

Thank you for being part of this community, and the way you help keep this light glowing for others who are walking their own hardest chapters.

We're in this together.
