showing women how to reduce period pain
hi beloveds! my name is Elisha and am a holistic health coach showing women how to reduce period pains.
in my former career theater and film writer, i struggled with period pain immensely, and spent much of my free time studying womb wellness to understand what i could do to balance my hormones and live a pain free life. I was so invested that I left the industry to get a certification in yoni healing so I could show women how to achieve this bliss for themselves full-time. I am currently receiving my certification in yoni herbalism so I can provide proper products to aid this journey. The community is open to all women ready for healing.
at this time, my group healing is supported by green smoothies. Buy a green smoothie you would like to support my mastering journey.
if you would like to join the community, come on through!
