The expression I like to... μου αρέσει να... followed by a verb, requires using present tense . That's why the expression describes a daily habit and not the future action.
Μου αρέσει να τραγουδάω.
I like singing , I like to sing.
Μου αρέσει να ταξιδεύω, να ψαρεύω, να τρωω μόνη μου, να μαγειρεύω, να διαβάζω....(I like to travel, to fish, to eat by myself, to cook, to read...)
Μου αρέσει in past tense is μου άρεσε. You can use plural in the form of μου αρέσουν (τα ψάρια,τα γλυκά, τα βιβλία...),as well as μου άρεσαν in past tense.
Μου αρέσεις (εσύ) means Ι like you.Like saying -to me you are pleasant.
Σου αρέσω means you like me.

Γουστάρω is a slang form of the same expression, borrowed from Spanish me gusta. Γουστάρω να μιλάω, δεν γουστάρουν να μιλάνε...σε γουστάρω.
