My mission in life is to help as many people in a positive way as I can. The idea that I can share techniques that have helped me create a nice life to help others do the same is the drive behind the Power Your Mind podcast and channel. I was trained as a hypnotherapist many years ago, but during covid I decided to get serious about putting up sessions that people could listen to. Even though I'm no longer working in that field, being able to share what I know to help others is great. The website here is The Chocolate Therapist, the field that I'm in now. Chocolate...another way to touch as many lives as possible in a positive way!
